Start with sounds βReading together: a guide for grown-ups
Say short, clear sounds without adding βuhβ to consonants. Let your child blend from left to right before hearing the whole word. The word-building games reveal no picture clue, so children practice reading rather than guessing.
Read helper words together before the sentence and book activities. Letter lessons and sound slides use recorded US-English phonics clips. Word and sentence narration uses the speech service. All activities work without signing in. Account progress requires a working login.
